Join us on November 4th, 2023 at the Luxmore Grande Estate just outside Orlando, FL. There will be lots of love, tears, and of course – drinks on us. If you’re flying in, MCO is the nearest airport to this location. Now here’s the nitty gritty of what you need to know:

ceremony

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm ET, followed by the cocktail hour and reception.

accommodations

A room block has been established at the Aloft Hotel in the heart of downtown Orlando for $219/night.

transportation

Transportation will be provided for travel between the host hotel and ceremony venue on the day of the wedding.

child-free

We love the kids, but want the parents to have a night off, therefore small humans will not be allowed at this event.

attire

dress code

All guests are expected to dress in black tie, all-black attire.

What do we mean when we say “black tie”? This is a formal event, so we expect you to dress up with us. So please, no casual attire (i.e. sandals, denim, etc.)
Can I wear a color other than black? This is an all black event, so attire is expected to be that outside of shoes, bags, and accessories.
What should men wear? We expect formal attire only such as a full suit, dress blazer, or a nice shirt with dress pants. Men are allowed to wear white dress shirts beneath blazers and suit jackets. Note: While they aren’t considered formal, we will allow Bermuda shorts.
What should women wear? For women, we expect floor-length dresses or jumpsuits only.

reminder about the host hotel

Book your hotel stay early.

To lock in our group rate, guests who wish to stay at the host hotel are encouraged to book their rooms by October 3rd or the hotel may not be able to accommodate you.
